Regarding attorney professional liability, we have represented attorneys in areas that involve securities, real property, tax and business law where the underlying claims have risen out of both transactions and litigation. Those matters also involve alleged conflicts of interest and breach of fiduciary duties. Our attorneys have not only litigated such matters, but have also lectured at various seminars on these subjects. The Firm's clients benefit from our ability to draw from the Firm's expertise in those areas, to assess and respond to the underlying suit or claim.

We have extensive experience in complex construction defect cases and insurance contract litigation. The Firm has represented insured developers, general contractors and subcontractors in complex construction defect cases involving all phases of design and construction process for commercial and residential projects ranging from 300 to 1000 units. These cases typically involved issues relating to subsoil conditions, grading, landscaping, irrigation, foundation, framing, plastering/stucco, drywall, roofing and sheet metal work.
